Provide practical and realistic solutions to achieve healthy eating patterns. Inspire behavior change that promotes a peaceful relationship with food, eating and weight.
This group is open to all adults 18 years of age and older who want to develop a positive relationship with food. This may be someone who wants to just learn more about food, nutrition and eating to improve overall health or individuals in recovery from disordered eating or eating disorders.
